I did 14.4 on Friday morning – not exactly steller performance. I hate rowing and did my toes to bar in doubles and singles. Got through toes to bar and to wall balls in the last minute. Ended up with a score of 128. Probably going to give it another go tomorrow, unless I really like the programmed workout. We’ll see!
Also, tomorrow I start the 21 day My Fit Foods challenge. I’m excited because it’s a lot of food, and all really yummy. I will miss cooking for 21 days though. I really like to cook!
This past weekend I went to Steer Auction at the Houston Rodeo, followed by a crawfish boil with friends. Super fun!
Today (Sunday) I did some shopping and did 3-4 hours of yardwork at a friend’s house. Pretty exhausted!
