So definitely on my to-do lists is mastering the pistol. I hear it’s great for loading your squat when you don’t have weight at your disposal… But honestly haven’t you seen all those epic pistol pictures with some beachy or mountain background?! Pistols are COOL. What they are not, however, is easy. For me. Yet. Admittedly, I am yet to really work on them, just experimented and have consistently failed getting the full range of motion. However, watching a tutorial on Barbell Shrugged this morning has inspired me to activity master it. Check it out here 🙂
