Today marks day 17 of my #75hard journey! Haven’t heard of 75 Hard? I made an entire video about the 7 daily “rules” of this 75-day-long mental toughness challenge. I’m using it to kick start my healthy habits and get back in prime shape… a journey that involves losing ~ 40 lbs! 🤪
