Be Here Now


“Wherever you are, be all there.”

I just love this.

What’s it mean to “be here now?” Think of this when you are with friends and pull out your phone (it’s actually my wallpaper). How much quality time are you spending if your attention is split between things happening elsewhere? Another perspective – live your life here in the present, not caught up in the past or worried about the future.
