Time for Some Adventure Recaps!

Yes, yes that is me in that flying basket!  (Denver, CO)

What you’ve missed (because I have avoided writing between then and now)..

  • 2014 MS150 – About a month ago I did the MS 150 with my teammates and had a total blast!  The ride is always awesome, and it’s amazing how much support and awareness the MS Society raises through this annual bike ride!  There is still time to donate – deadline is extended until July of this year.  Please feel free to check out my personal page.
  • Track Racing – I dusted off my track bike and raced some keirins and Australian pursuits at The Keirin cup.  If you’ve never heard of or watched track cycling, prepare to be amazed!
  • Roadtrip to Big Bend – As a Texas resident and outdoors adventurer, often I feel like everything fun and exciting is outside of the Lone Star State.  However, a few friends and I rented a minivan and squeezed a 10-hour roadtrip to Big Bend National Park and back into a 3 day weekend.  None of us had ever been, and it was quite an adventure!  Lots of hiking, camping, and hammocking on summits!

I will be posting lots of cool pictures and details of this past month’s trips soon 🙂
