Deadlift: 165 lbs 225 lbs (8/14/13)
Squat Clean: 105 lbs
Power Clean: 105 lbs 115 lbs (12/16/13)
Power Snatch: 70 lbs 75 lbs 80lbs (12/19/13)
Squat Snatch: 70lbs 80lbs (12/19/13)
Back Squat: 145 lbs
Push Press: 65 lbs 75lbs (12/9/13) (need to max this…. considering i can strict 85..)
Strict Press: 65 lbs  85lbs (12/12/13)
Push Jerk: 95lbs 110lbs (1/16/14)
OH Squat: 75 lbs 90lbs (2/10/14)
High hang clean: 105 lbs  (I know it is more than this .. hoping to do some benchmarking in December)
High hang clean and jerk: 95 lbs  (I know it is more than this .. hoping to do some benchmarking in December)
Clean and Jerk: 100lbs  (I know it is more than this .. hoping to do some benchmarking in December)

Handstand Pushups: 8 unbroken with 2 ab mats (strict) (still working on the kip) Kipping HSPU with NO mat – 3 unbroken
Knees to Elbows: at least 5 unbroken
Toes to Bar: at least 6 unbroken

Running/Rowing:

800m run: 2 min 49 sec
1 mile run: 6:36
2000m row: 8:51
