1 mile run during lunch and felt as slow as molasses plus overheated and could just fall dead asleep after. What? Still having bad period cramps / just overall feeling blah. How on earth am I supposed to run 13.1 miles in less than 2 weeks if 1 mile just took me out? Also, today my Whoop recovery is 98% which is extremely high for me. Haha what does this all mean?
