CrossFit + cardio

Intermittent fasting

Do what you say you’re going to do, just start it don’t avoid

Limit sodas and processed food

Drink tons of water

Keep your NEAT up, walking throughout the day

Cut out stimulants like caffeine

Be intentional and enjoy the process of TTC again

Don’t buy things you don’t really want or need, spend that time instead removing things that cause stress

Improve skin care routine

know and use up what you have before buying a replacement (especially true for beauty/hair/skincare products)
